Return Policy

All mail order items may be returned within 7 days of arrival (we will track your arrival date) as long as the item is unused and in the same condition it was shipped in for exchange or store credit only. We do not reimburse shipping fees. If you would like to exchange your item, please include the way you would like to pay for the exchanged item to be shipped. We suggest that you insure your return package and ask for a tracking number from shipper, as we cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages.

Trendipawz reserves the right to determine if a product is in used or non-saleable condition. Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt of the order and we will work to correct the problem. Trendipawz reserves the right to review the item(s) condition before replacements are sent. Please note that Trendi Pawz will ship replacements to the U.S. only. All international shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
